A research is a basic framework, which provides guidelines for the rest of research process. Keeping the objective of the customer relationship in mind it was decided to carry out a survey among Property Dealers in Jaipur which was led by systematic planned Questionnaire. About 90 Property Dealers were contacted and collected their views.
Research objective
Ø To find out how aware they are pertaining to investment opportunities
Ø To analyse their preference of utilizing their surplus money.
Ø To fetch out a general view about their progress and are they prefer to to make investment in Mutual Funds.
Research Instruments
Questionnaire: Research was done with the help of questionnaire. There were two types of questions.
1. Closed ended questions
2. Open ended questions
Closed ended questions included answers of objective type only in which either a choice from the few alternatives was to be chosen.
Contact method: Direct Personal Interviews of Property Dealers were conducted.
Sample Size: The sample size was 90 Property Dealers.
Research Design: QuantitativeSampling Technique: General Sample Survey, near about 154 property dealers are available out of which survey conducted on 90 dealers.
