Preface

Seeing the surmounting competition in today’s corporate world, it has become mandatory for every management trainee to couple his theoretical knowledge with some practical exposure and experience in order to excel and progress in the respective field. This quest for pairing up theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge may be attributed to the onset to the industrial revolution in India, which necessitated acquisition of formal knowledge to effectively manage the managerial operations of the business.
